If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, we ask that you submit your claim within 14 days of receiving the product. For packages lost during shipping, claims must be made within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
In cases of errors attributable to our company, we will cover all costs related to the replacement or refund of the product.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for personal dissatisfaction or changes of mind.
Butterfly Lovers reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion. Refund decisions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and the final determination will remain under our responsibility. In Butterfly Lovers, we reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time, without prior notice. We recommend that you review this section periodically to stay informed of any changes.
If you notice an issue with the products or any other aspect of your order, please fill out the following contact form. You can also scroll to the bottom of the page and click on 'Contact'.
Incorrect address: If the address provided is considered incomplete or incorrect by the courier service, the package will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the reshipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).
If the package is marked as delivered but has not arrived: If the carrier has marked the package as delivered but the customer has not received it, we will not be able to offer a refund or cover the costs of a new shipment. However, we recommend that the customer check with their neighbors or the designated delivery area, and if the package is not found, contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
Unclaimed: Shipments that are not claimed will be returned to our facilities, and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping (if applicable).
No returns are accepted for sealed products, such as masks or underwear, that are not eligible for return due to health or hygiene reasons. By agreeing to this, you acknowledge that any returned orders containing masks or similar items will not be eligible for reshipment and will be discarded. Refunds will only be offered in cases of manufacturing defects or issues with the product's printing.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
therefore Butterfly Lovers reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Once the order is placed, we are committed to processing it as soon as possible. The usual processing time for most products is between 2 and 5 days. This time allows us to ensure that all items are quality-checked, packed, and ready for shipment.
If the country you're looking for isn't listed, this means we don't have enough shipping data to add it to this list (we haven't been shipping orders to said country). This doesn't mean we can't ship to said country, so reach out to our Customer Success team for more information. If we can ship to the country, the shipping time could be 10 to 15 days, but it could also longer or shorter.
Additionally, Q4 is holiday season! During that time, you will see processing and shipping times increase over time - this is normal. Factories will have far more units to manufacture and ship out, so you will want to ensure that your customer facing processing and shipping copy is updated to reflect proper expectations. Processing and shipping times will return to normal post holiday season.

It is very important that the shipping information you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an error in the provided address, any additional costs will be your responsibility.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated time or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the case and, if necessary, proceed with a refund or send a replacement.
